Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tour Operator B2B, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves working closely with travel agencies and partners to manage guided tours, handle reservations, and provide responsive customer service. The Tour Operator will also focus on sales and developing travel-driven solutions tailored to client needs. The position requires both in-office collaboration and the flexibility to work from home as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism operations Strong Customer Service and Reservations management skills Experience in Sales, with a focus on B2B travel services Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in both office and remote environments Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous Familiarity with the Egyptian tourism market is highly beneficial Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
