Job Details

A company operating in the Power Electronics field in Beni suef Governorate is looking for an HR Generalist to join its team in Egypt.

We are looking for a practical, proactive, and organized individual capable of managing daily operations and building policies and procedures to support the company's growth.

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to hiring and onboarding.

  • Attract technical, engineering, and administrative talents and conduct initial interviews.

  • Prepare and review employment contracts and maintain and update employee files.

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, tardiness, and overtime.

  • Prepare and review monthly payroll inputs in coordination with the Finance Department.

  • Follow up on procedures related to social insurance, medical insurance, the labor office, and relevant authorities.

  • Prepare and develop HR policies, procedures, and forms.

  • Prepare and update the organizational structure and job descriptions.

  • Design and monitor the performance evaluation system and performance improvement plans.

  • Manage employee relations, receive inquiries and complaints, and handle them with confidentiality and impartiality.

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics, and submit recommendations to management.

  • Follow up on probation period procedures, promotions, job changes, and termination of service.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor legislation and social insurance regulations in Egypt.

  • Support the building of an organized and collaborative work culture suitable for the company's environment.

 

Requirements

Required Qualifications  

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of practical HR experience in the industrial sector.

  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, personnel affairs, payroll, and performance management.

  • Good knowledge of labor laws and social insurance in Egypt.

  • Ability to prepare policies, procedures, forms, and reports.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Proficiency in Arabic and a good command of English.

  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.

 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Previous experience in a startup or SME.

  • Experience in an engineering, industrial, or technology company.

  • Experience in recruiting engineers, technicians, and technical roles.

  • Experience using HR Management Systems (HRMS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Professional certificate or diploma in Human Resources Management.
