Job purpose: Supervising the plumbing team activities and swimming pool maintenance and the handover process to ensure an efficient shift-to-shift workflow. Ensure meeting the expectations and needs of our members, which will be achieved by leading a qualified, well-trained, committed, and happy team. What do we expect from you?\n\nKeep the actual checklists for periodic management inspection and follow-up.\nEnsure the operating condition and safety of all equipment and tools at all times.\nAdherence to management operational standards and policies and ensure their implementation.\nSchedule and adjust team shifts and organize compensations.\nClose supervision of technicians while performing their tasks.\nMonitor team attendance and ensure punctual discipline, and report any deviation to the assistant manager for necessary disciplinary actions.\nMonitor consumption of administration tools and supplies.\nReview records of all departments daily and take corrective actions when necessary.\nCoordinate and supervise the work of external service contractors within their specialized field.\nCarry out daily staff meetings and attend the pre-period meetings, train them, and record minutes.\nPerform daily administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and handling papers.\n
