Supply Chain Manager – Home Appliances

Location: New Cairo

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a leading Home Appliances company and lead the end-to-end supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process from planning and procurement to production and delivery.

• Develop and monitor supply and demand planning to ensure product availability.

• Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and working capital.

• Lead procurement, sourcing, logistics, and supplier management activities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

• Monitor supplier performance, lead times, costs, and delivery reliability.

• Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams.

• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize the supply chain.

• Establish and monitor KPIs related to inventory, forecasting, procurement, logistics, and supplier performance.

• Lead the supply chain team and ensure effective processes and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the home appliances, electronics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.

• Strong experience in supply planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.

• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

• Very good command of English.
