Responsibilities Software installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration. Ensure optimal system performance and seamless operation. Provide technical support and customer service. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Support the smooth and reliable operation of audio production systems.
Qualifications Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and computer hardware. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
