Role Purpose: Administer servers, virtualization, Active Directory, Microsoft environments, and IT infrastructure, while supporting end-users across offices and factories.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Group Policies.
Administer Microsoft 365 / Entra ID and VMware virtualization.
Perform patching, upgrades, backups, and recovery operations.
Monitor system availability, performance, and incidents.
Provide help desk support for PCs, applications, and Microsoft services.
Apply IT security policies, MFA, and endpoint protection.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
3–5 years of system administration experience.
Hands-on Windows Server and Active Directory expertise.
VMware and backup technology experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Microsoft, VMware, or Veeam certifications.
PowerShell scripting and automation.
ITIL Foundation knowledge.
