#Main responsibilities: Review receiving and issuing operations and ensure quantities, documents, and signatures match. Track inventory accuracy through random cycle counts and reconciliation of physical versus system balances. Monitor organization and arrangement of warehouses and apply appropriate issuing rules, ensuring easy movement and counting. Ensure correct storage of items and separate items, chemicals, and hazardous materials according to their nature. Monitor fast- and slow-moving items and prepare purchase orders and related reports. Daily supervision of storekeepers and follow-up on their performance and adherence to procedures and instructions. Resolve operational warehouse issues and escalate issues needing director approval. Prepare periodic reports on warehouse performance, violations, and inventory discrepancies. Monitor safety and cleanliness and ensure workers comply with occupational safety rules and storage safety.
