Plstone International is looking for an experienced Senior B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in the tire business to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage strong relationships with tire dealers, distributors, wholesalers, fleets, and corporate customers.* Generate new B2B business opportunities and expand the company’s customer network.* Promote and grow sales of PLSTONE, PRAXENT, and CTM tire brands.* Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.* Conduct regular market and customer visits across assigned territories.* Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals.* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.* Follow up on customer orders, payments, collections, and after-sales requirements.* Monitor competitors, market pricing, customer demand, and industry trends.* Coordinate with logistics, finance, and management to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the tire industry.* Strong knowledge of the Egyptian tire market.* Solid experience in B2B sales and key account management.* Existing relationships with tire dealers, wholesalers, distributors, fleets, or corporate customers are highly preferred.* Good knowledge of passenger car, truck, agricultural, and/or motorcycle tires.* Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.* Ability to develop new markets and acquire new customers.* Valid driving license.* Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.

* توليد فرص عمل جديدة في قطاع B2B وتوسيع شبكة عملاء الشركة.
* الترويج لعلامات الإطارات التجارية PLSTONE وPRAXENT وCTM وزيادة مبيعاتها.
* إدارة الحسابات الرئيسية والحفاظ على علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء.
* إجراء زيارات منتظمة للسوق والعملاء في المناطق المخصصة.
* إعداد عروض الأسعار، والتفاوض على الشروط التجارية، وإتمام صفقات البيع بنجاح.
* تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.

* * متابعة طلبات العملاء، والمدفوعات، والتحصيلات، ومتطلبات ما بعد البيع.
* مراقبة المنافسين، وأسعار السوق، وطلب العملاء، واتجاهات الصناعة.
* التنسيق مع أقسام اللوجستيات والمالية والإدارة لضمان سلاسة تنفيذ الطلبات ورضا العملاء.

المتطلبات
* خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال مبيعات الإطارات.
* معرفة واسعة بسوق الإطارات المصري.
* خبرة قوية في مبيعات الشركات (B2B) وإدارة حسابات العملاء الرئيسيين.
* يُفضل وجود علاقات مع تجار الإطارات، وتجار الجملة، والموزعين، وشركات النقل، أو عملاء الشركات.
* معرفة جيدة بإطارات سيارات الركاب، والشاحنات، والآلات الزراعية، و/أو الدراجات النارية.
* مهارات تفاوض وتواصل وإتمام صفقات ممتازة.
* سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتجاوزها.
* القدرة على تطوير أسواق جديدة واكتساب عملاء جدد.
* رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
* الاستعداد للسفر وإجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة.
