Job Description:Manage the daily delivery of Housekeeping across assigned facilities, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency. Supervise outsourced service providers responsible for cleaning, waste management, and related Housekeeping. Monitor contractor performance against service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and contractual requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, appearance, and service quality standards are maintained. Coordinate with facility management, operations, security, HSE, and tenant representatives to address operational requirements and service requests. Review staffing levels, work schedules, and resource allocation to ensure effective service coverage. Investigate service complaints, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. Monitor service-related expenditures and support budget control initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company operational standards. Prepare operational reports, inspection findings, performance analyses, and service improvement recommendations. Support mobilization activities for new sites, service enhancements, and operational improvement initiatives. In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.8-12 years of experience in Housekeeping, facility management, hospitality operations, or property management. Experience managing outsourced service providers within real estate developments, commercial properties, hospitality facilities, or mixed-use communities is preferred. Strong knowledge of Housekeeping operations, housekeeping standards, and service quality management. Proven experience managing contractors, service providers, and site operations. Strong customer service, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to conduct inspections, performance evaluations, and service audits.
