Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Graphic/Motion Designer role located in Qesm El Maadi. The Graphic/Motion Designer will create and refine motion graphics, animated assets, and visual content for advertising campaigns across digital and social platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing storyboards, designing layouts and visual concepts, collaborating with copywriters and account teams, and producing high-quality videos and animations that align with brand guidelines. The role also involves preparing assets for production, optimising content for various formats, and staying current with design and motion trends to support innovative client work. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics to create visually compelling animated content. Candidates should possess skills in Animation and Storyboarding to translate concepts into clear visual narratives and sequences. Extensive knowledge of AI tools. Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including basic editing, compositing, and preparing assets for different platforms. Proficiency in industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar software). Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, colour, and layout, with attention to detail and brand consistency. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia, or a related field; a portfolio demonstrating motion and graphic work is required. Familiarity with social media formats and digital advertising best practices is beneficial; experience in an agency environment is a plus.
