Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying team supporting KSA projects. Oversee project cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Review and manage variations, claims, extension of time (EOT), and final accounts. Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates. Support procurement and subcontract management activities. Ensure effective commercial risk identification and mitigation. Prepare executive commercial reports and present project outcomes to senior management. Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of works based on drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.15+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. At least 5 years in a managerial role. Strong experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, EPC, or industrial projects. Advanced knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, and cost control. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. ERP knowledge, preferably SAP, is required. Previous experience supporting KSA or GCC projects is highly preferred.
