Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role based in Giza. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews for a variety of positions within Dokkan Auto Group. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, posting job ads, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and assisting with training coordination for new hires. The Recruitment Specialist will help strengthen the employer brand by promoting the company’s values and service-driven culture in all recruitment activities.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., Linked In, Wuzzuf, Indeed). Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
