SAP HCM Functional Consultant Location: Zayed, Egypt Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Transportation: Provided Experience: 3–5+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP HCM solutions, ensuring efficient HR, payroll, and time management processes. Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP HCM PA, OM, TM, and Payroll (PY). Gather HR requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Provide production support and troubleshoot system and master-data issues. Handle integration with FICO, PM, and external HR systems. Lead testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Prepare functional documentation and provide user training. Manage SAP HCM authorizations, Structural Authorizations, roles, and profiles, ensuring proper access and SoD. Requirements3–5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM functional experience. Strong expertise in PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll configuration. Good knowledge of SAP infotypes, tables, schemas, and rules. Experience with SAP HCM security and structural authorizations. Experience working with ABAP teams on reports/BAPIs is a plus. Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation or major upgrade. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
