Main Job Duties:
Install, configure, and maintain wireless telecommunications equipment and two-way radio networks at client sites.
Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services at client locations across Egypt.
Prepare documentation for site visits, installations, and support activities.
Reporting & Escalating Network Sites Problems.
Leading & Managing Team from Technicians and Drivers.
Requirements
B.Sc. Communications Engineering.
Experience 0-5 years
Excellent in the English language
Excellent writing skills and documentation development ability.
Well knowledge in Site Survey.
Well knowledge in implementation for New sites.
Well knowledge to accomplished all Task needed before & After any Actions.
Hard worker performance needed & self confidence.
Well Knowledge in making Process Problem or reserves before action.
Computer package needed such windows , Office , Outlook
Has a self confidence & Leader ship skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.
المهام الوظيفية الرئيسية:
تركيب وتكوين وصيانة معدات الاتصالات اللاسلكية وشبكات الراديو ثنائي الاتجاه في مواقع العملاء.
تقديم الدعم الفني والصيانة الميدانية في مواقع العملاء عبر جمهورية مصر العربية.
إعداد الوثائق لزيارات المواقع والتركيبات وأنشطة الدعم.
التبليغ وتصعيد مشاكل مواقع الشبكة.
قيادة وإدارة فريق من الفنيين والسائقين.
المتطلبات
بكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات.
خبرة 0-5 سنوات
ماهر في اللغة الإنجليزية
مهارات كتابة ممتازة وقدرة على تطوير الوثائق.
معرفة جيدة بمسح المواقع.
معرفة جيدة بتنفيذ المواقع الجديدة.
معرفة جيدة لإنجاز جميع المهام قبل وبعد أي إجراء.
لمت الطلبات الشاقة والكفاءة الذاتية.
معرفة جيدة في وضع إجراءات للمشاكل والاحتياطات قبل الإجراء.
مجموعة حاسب تحتاج مثل Windows وOffice وOutlook
ثقة بالنفس ومهارات قيادية.
