We are seeking a competent Production Engineer to plan, organize, and directly oversee our steel structure manufacturing processes and cutting-edge CNC shop operations.

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, and directly supervise all stages of the steel structure manufacturing and production process.

• Optimize production efficiency and proactively resolve any technical or operational issues on the shop floor.

• Maintain efficient coordination and communication with various internal departments to streamline workflow.

• Develop production schedules, assign daily tasks, and closely monitor progress across all manufacturing lines.

• Generate and prepare regular production reports for management review.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in industrial steel manufacturing and production.

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in Steel Factories, Steel Fabrication, or Heavy Industries is highly preferred / a must.

• Age & Gender: Preferred age not exceeding 28 years old (Male preferred).

• Technical Fabrication: In-depth knowledge of built-up assembly methods and advanced fabrication drawings reading.

• Quality Control: Proven understanding of welding distortion issues and practical mitigation techniques.

• CNC & Software Skills: Proficient in reading DXF/NC files and generating programs/files for CNC cutting machines.

• Nesting Expertise: Strong understanding of nesting principles and software applications to effectively minimize material scrap.
