Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring activities with hiring managers. The Recruitment Specialist will maintain talent pipelines, support onboarding and training efforts for new hires, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal stakeholders, updating recruitment records, preparing job postings, and monitoring recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills for managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding and initial development of new hires. Relevant experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and standard office software is an advantage.
