Role Description The Purchase Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan City, responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities to support production and operations. Day-to-day tasks include processing and tracking purchase orders, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and components. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with production, finance, and warehouse teams, and maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation. The Purchase Specialist also analyzes purchasing data, supports cost-optimization initiatives, and ensures compliance with company policies and quality standards. Qualifications Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and purchasing practices, including experience creating and managing purchase orders. Proficiency in purchase management, supplier coordination, and maintaining accurate purchasing documentation. Demonstrated analytical skills to evaluate quotations, compare supplier performance, and support cost-saving decisions. Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is preferred, with familiarity in materials and components used in bus production. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Comfort using ERP systems and standard office software for purchasing and reporting activities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
