The tasks include: - Supervises the electrical workforce and the daily field execution for power, lighting, and generators systems. - Ensures the quality and completeness of electrical work orders and preventive maintenance cards. - Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance for fire alarm systems, CCTV cameras, access control systems, audio systems, parking, directional boards, audiovisual systems, structural cables, water leak detection systems, and alarms for persons with special needs, and field building management system points. - Coordinates with operators of fire alarm/building management systems/parking stationed personnel, and TECO/Bimco contractors; provides initial incident response. - Directs low-current system technicians and building management system technicians, and their assistants; and manages extremely low voltage system spare parts. - Operates and monitors systems from control rooms according to the schedule; updates work orders and computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) system records.
