Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Senior Specialist. The senior specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities for various functions within LG Egypt. The role will involve building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will support employer branding initiatives, contribute to talent development and retention strategies, and maintain accurate HR and recruitment records. Daily responsibilities also include using HR and recruitment tools, preparing reports and metrics, and collaborating with HR colleagues to align talent programs with business objectives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently. Candidates should possess solid Interviewing and Hiring skills to assess talent objectively and support effective selection decisions. Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to promote LG Egypt as an attractive workplace and enhance candidate engagement. Experience in talent management, employee engagement, or performance development is beneficial. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with data-driven recruitment metrics is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are a plus. Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to prepare clear reports and documentation.
