Job Summary:Support the Credit Control team in monitoring customer accounts, credit limits, overdue balances, collections, dispatch controls, and credit-related reporting.
Key Responsibilities Monitor customer balances, aging reports, credit limits, and payment terms. Identify and escalate overdue accounts and credit exceptions. Maintain accurate customer credit records and documentation. Prepare and track collection-letter lists and follow up on outstanding cases. Verify customer credit status before dispatch and coordinate dispatch restrictions when required. Prepare aging schedules, credit control reports, and management reports. Support credit limit reviews, risk assessments, and compliance with credit policies. Assist with ECL/provision calculations by providing accurate aging and customer balance data. Update credit control trackers and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience.
Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, accurate, and eager to learn.
