Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review shop drawings, material take-offs, BOQs, and as-built drawings.- Perform accurate quantity surveying for steel structures, pergolas, tensile structures, and shading systems.- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.- Prepare RFIs, technical submittals, and all required engineering documentation.- Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues throughout project execution.- Track project progress and maintain updated technical records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.- Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Office, preferably in steel structures.- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, shop drawings, and project documentation.- Proficiency in Auto CAD, SAP2000, ETABS, and Microsoft Office.- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
