Role Description The English Partner Support Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, focused on supporting Tabby’s business partners and merchants in English at B2–C1 proficiency. In this role, the agent responds to partner inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues related to onboarding, transactions, account settings, and product features. The agent collaborates closely with internal teams such as Operations, Product, and Technical Support to escalate and resolve complex cases and provide feedback on recurring issues. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Tabby’s products and policies, and proactively following up to ensure partner satisfaction. The agent also contributes to improving support processes by identifying patterns, suggesting enhancements, and helping maintain knowledge base content.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience handling partner or merchant-facing communications. Ability to provide basic Technical Support, including troubleshooting common issues and coordinating with technical teams when needed. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret partner concerns, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements. Excellent Communication skills in English (B2–C1 level), both written and verbal, with clear, empathetic, and professional tone. Previous experience in fintech, e-commerce, or Saa S environments is an advantage. Comfort working with CRM and ticketing tools, and basic proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail. Relevant diploma or degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
