Job Description
1. Assist customers with Open Platform API integration, testing, and deployment.2. Address customer inquiries related to API calls, parameter configuration, orders, and data synchronization.3. Use tools such as Postman and Apifox for API testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.4. Collect and analyze customer-reported issues and coordinate with internal technical teams to drive solutions.5. Follow up on customer integration progress to ensure projects are completed and launched according to schedule.6. Maintain API integration documentation and FAQs and continuously improve the customer integration experience.
Requirements1. Basic knowledge of APIs, HTTP, JSON, RESTful APIs, and related concepts.2. Familiarity with API testing and debugging tools such as Postman and Apifox.3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.4. Experience in API integration, technical support, software implementation, logistics, or e-commerce is preferred.
