Job Title: Landscape Senior Engineer Department: Community Management (Landscape) Reports to: Community Management Director Scope: Community Management Location: On Site – 10th of Ramadan
Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day landscape maintenance activities across the industrial park.- Monitor irrigation systems and ensure proper irrigation schedules and efficient water consumption.- Conduct regular inspections of trees, shrubs, lawns, flower beds, and hardscape areas to ensure required quality standards.- Support the implementation of seasonal landscape maintenance and enhancement plans.- Coordinate with outsourced landscape service providers to ensure timely and proper execution of agreed services.- Monitor service provider performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and scope of work.- Conduct site inspections and identify maintenance issues, defects, and areas requiring corrective action.- Review completed works and report any quality or scope deviations to the relevant parties.- Follow up on landscape maintenance requirements, service requests, and corrective actions with service providers.- Support the implementation of water conservation and sustainable landscaping initiatives.- Coordinate with internal departments, tenants, and service providers regarding landscape-related requirements.- Prepare inspection reports, service records, and other relevant landscape documentation.- Ensure landscape activities comply with HSE, environmental, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture. Experience: 3–6 years of experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation, or community/facility management.
Certifications: Landscape, irrigation, or HSE certifications are an advantage.
Skills: Good technical knowledge of landscape maintenance and irrigation systems, site inspection, service provider coordination, KPI/SLA monitoring, quality control, reporting, and problem-solving.
