Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves advising clients on residential and investment properties, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The Senior Property Consultant will perform market research, prepare property presentations, negotiate offers, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Daily responsibilities include building and managing a personal client portfolio, providing prompt customer service, coordinating with internal teams, and staying current on local market trends and regulations. The role requires proactive prospecting, follow-up, and consistent communication to meet sales targets while upholding JUSQ Estate’s standards of trust and transparency. Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable residential and investment properties. Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to present information professionally. Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and client satisfaction. Demonstrated sales skills, including prospecting, lead nurturing, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment. Solid understanding of the real estate market, particularly in New Cairo, including property valuation, market trends, and basic legal and regulatory aspects. Prior experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role, preferably at a senior or lead level. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously. Comfort with using CRM systems, office productivity tools, and digital communication platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
