The company manufactures its products in Egypt, which has established its position as a trusted partner in this sector. Job purpose: to develop and grow the company’s sales by targeting new and existing projects, building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and owners, and providing suitable technical solutions for drainage systems and products to achieve sales and profitability goals. Main responsibilities:- Search for new projects and follow up sales opportunities at various stages.- Visit consultants, engineering offices, contractors, and real estate developers to promote the company's products and solutions.- Work on approving the company’s products with consulting firms and owners.- Study project technical specifications and analyze their requirements.- Prepare technical and commercial offers in coordination with the relevant departments.- Provide suitable technical solutions for drainage systems according to project requirements.- Negotiate with customers to reach the best commercial terms.- Follow up on tenders and bids from their announcement to award.- Coordinate with technical, production, and planning departments to ensure orders are executed according to schedules.- Follow up on receivables in coordination with the financial department.- Prepare periodic reports on project movement, sales opportunities, competitors, and work plans.- Maintain long-term relationships with current customers and attract new ones.- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and related events. Required skills:- Good knowledge of drainage products and systems and technical specifications.- Ability to read plans and engineering specifications.- Negotiation, persuasion, and professional presentation skills.- Skills in building and managing customer relationships.- Ability to prepare technical and commercial offers.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programsPersonal skills:- Excellent communication skills.- Team spirit.- Ability to manage time and priorities.- Analytical thinking and problem solving.- Initiative and achieving results.- Ability to work under pressure and travel when needed.- Preferably experience in manufacturing or distributing drainage products and systems, or infrastructure, or drainage pipes and fittings, or water management solutions.
