Media Buying (Paid Ads)

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as:
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages
• Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR
• Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
• Retargeting and audience segmentation strategies

 SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content (On-page SEO) including meta tags, headings, and internal linking
• Improve website technical SEO (site speed, indexing, mobile optimization)
• Build and execute off-page SEO strategies (backlinks)
• Monitor rankings and organic traffic using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
• Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Maximum age: 30 years
• Proven experience in Media Buying and SEO
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
• Excellent English communication skills
