Role Description The Senior Technical Office Architect will be responsible for leading and reviewing architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and ECB standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design and engineering teams, resolving technical issues, preparing and revising detailed drawings, and supporting site teams with clarifications and modifications. The role involves analyzing project specifications, contributing to value engineering proposals, and ensuring integration of architectural solutions with structural, MEP, and other disciplines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm Heliopolis, requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Technical Architecture skills, with proven experience in developing and reviewing comprehensive architectural designs and details. Candidates should possess Solution Architecture and Integration skills to ensure seamless coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and other project systems. Candidates should possess Enterprise Architecture competencies to align architectural solutions with broader organizational standards, workflows, and long-term project objectives. Candidates should possess foundational Software Development knowledge, particularly in using architectural and BIM software tools (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, relevant 3D modeling platforms). Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, experience in technical office or consultancy environments, and familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Additional beneficial skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
