Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in New Cairo. The Sales Specialist is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable jewelry products. Daily tasks include presenting and explaining product features, handling sales transactions, managing stock on display, and maintaining a clean and organized showroom. The role also involves building customer relationships, responding to inquiries, supporting after-sales service, and participating in basic training on new collections and sales techniques. The Sales Specialist works closely with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold the store’s service standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and team members. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to provide courteous, patient, and solution-focused support before and after sales. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to identify customer needs, present products effectively, and close sales responsibly. Candidates should possess experience in Training or a willingness to learn and share product and sales knowledge with colleagues. Candidates should possess basic Sales Management capabilities, such as following up on leads, supporting achievement of sales targets, and maintaining accurate records. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior retail or jewelry sales experience, strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; proficiency in English and Arabic and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are an advantage.
