Preparing, designing, and publishing promotional clips (videos/images) and implementing the store's marketing campaigns in full. Supervising staff. Overall: full responsibility for all store-related matters, development, and growth. Qualifications and experience: Proven experience in managing stores on the Zed and Shopify platforms and others comprehensively (creation, setup, operation, and maintenance). Strong knowledge of product management operations (uploading products, writing professional SEO-friendly descriptions, pricing, and image optimization). Ability to select profitable products and analyze the market and competitors. Experience in managing advertising campaigns on platforms (Meta – TikTok – Google – YouTube) and analyzing results to achieve the best ROI. Skill in creating and designing attractive promotional images and videos suitable for each marketing platform. Good understanding of digital marketing basics, especially SEO and Email Marketing. Skill in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics and others to track performance and sales. Ability to manage User Experience (UX/UI) to make the store attractive and easy to browse. Excellent communication skills and effective time and daily task management. Familiarity with customer service fundamentals and the ability to handle orders and inquiries professionally. Create the e-commerce store and deal with the service provider. Daily order follow-up (either personally or in coordination with another staff member). Follow-up with customers after orders are delivered. Update the e-commerce store with products and ensure stock levels. Arrange store interfaces based on store data analysis. Monitor store sales performance and achieve targets. Work on marketing the store and increasing its sales. Monitor numbers and visits and prepare reports for management.
