* Review of the shop drawings and ensure their alignment with the site's architectural reality. * Compliance of materials specifications used in finishes and buildings with the approved bidding documents. * Field inspection and handover of architectural works (such as building works, plastering, floors, insulation, and suspended ceilings). * Directing and supervising subcontractors and workers to ensure precise and error-free execution steps. * Resolve technical issues and conflicts that suddenly arise between architectural design and structural or electromechanical systems. * Continuous coordination between site management, technical office for approvals of modifications, and procurement department to ensure supply of materials. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports that monitor actual completion rates compared to the schedule. * Quantify executed works on-site to prepare and audit financial bills of quantities for contractors. * Monitor the application of health and safety standards to ensure the safety of personnel and workers on site. * Experience in facilities works and management
