We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to support accounting operations across a portfolio of e-commerce clients. This role is responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll support, and assisting with month-end close.
You will work closely with an Accounting Manager while also interacting directly with clients via Slack, email, and occasional calls.
Responsibilities:- Code daily transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable processes (Bill.com, bill runs)
- Record payroll entries and accruals
- Support month-end close activities
- Assist with financial reporting and client deliverables
- Communicate with clients via Slack and email
- Participate in client calls (support role, not leading)
Requirements- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with: Accounts Payable (AP), payroll processing and journal entries, account reconciliations
- Experience supporting month-end close
- Ability to manage work across multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience
- Strong Excel skills (comfortable with formulas, data handling)
- Proven experience with AP and payroll
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP)
- Experience working in a multi-client environment
- Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
- E-commerce accounting experience preferred (Shopify, Amazon)
- Deep experience with Shopify/Amazon reconciliations preferred
- Exposure to inventory accounting (ownership not required)

- خبرة عملية في: الحسابات الدائنة (AP)، معالجة الرواتب وتدوين القيود، تسويات الحسابات
- خبرة في دعم إغلاق الشهر
- القدرة على إدارة العمل عبر عدة عملاء في آن واحد
- خبرة قوية في QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- مهارات Excel قوية (الراحة مع الصيغ، التعامل مع البيانات)
- خبرة مثبتة في AP والرواتب
- فهم قوي لمبادئ المحاسبة الأساسية (GAAP)
- خبرة في العمل في بيئة متعددة العملاء
- مهارات اتصال قوية مع تجربة أمام العملاء
- يفضل خبرة محاسبة التجارة الإلكترونية (Shopify، Amazon)
- يفضل خبرة عميقة في تسويات Shopify/Amazon
- تعرض لمحاسبة المخزون (الملكية غير مطلوبة)
