Develop operational plans and monitor the sales team performance to achieve daily, monthly, and annual targets. Aiming to achieve or exceed the branch’s approved sales targets; monitor service quality and speed of response to complaints and work on resolving them. Objective: raise customer satisfaction and increase retention rate. Supervise receiving, dispatching, transfer of goods, conduct periodic inventories and monitor stock accuracy. Objective: maintain stock accuracy and reduce waste and shrinkage. Monitor revenues and expenses and profitability indicators and analyze performance results. Objective: achieve targeted profitability with control of operating expenses. Ensure all staff adhere to company regulations and operating and safety procedures.
