Management and Supervision: Support the Hygiene Manager in managing daily team operations, taking on their duties and authorities fully in their absence
Work Scheduling: Prepare shift schedules and assign cleaning, laundry, and disinfection tasks to ensure coverage of all areas
Quality Control: Conduct continuous inspection rounds to ensure the service meets occupational health and safety standards
Inventory Management: Monitor usage of cleaning materials, supervise equipment maintenance, and order shortages as needed
Training and Development: Guide and train new workers on the proper methods for using tools and materials
