Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring peak performance in production, display, and sales.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
Quality Control: Ensure all pastry and confectionery products meet KB’s premium quality and hygiene standards.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage orders with the production unit, and minimize waste/shrinkage.
Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets through excellent customer engagement and effective local marketing execution.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance for the management team.
Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of management experience specifically within the Pastry, Bakery, or Sweets industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pastry product handling, shelf-life management, and food safety protocols.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Personality: Customer-oriented with a sharp eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude.
