Job Description
We are seeking a talented Event & Training Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality photos and videos of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling, ensuring every event is documented professionally while creating engaging visual content for marketing, communications, and promotional purposes.
Key Responsibilities Capture professional photography and videography during corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and training sessions. Document key moments, speakers, attendees, branding, and event highlights. Produce high-quality visual content for social media, websites, newsletters, and internal communications. Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software to deliver polished final content. Create short highlight reels, recap videos, and promotional content for future events. Coordinate with event organizers and the marketing team to understand coverage requirements and shot lists. Ensure all content reflects the company's brand identity and quality standards. Manage and organize digital media files and maintain an archive of event assets. Prepare and maintain photography and videography equipment before and during events. Travel to various event locations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Photography, Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in event photography and videography. Strong portfolio showcasing corporate events, conferences, or training coverage. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or equivalent editing software). Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera settings, and audio recording. Ability to capture candid moments while maintaining professionalism during live events. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules based on event requirements.
