At Merzy, we’re looking for an experienced Branch Supervisor to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and inspire our team to maintain the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the daily operation of the branch.* Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.* Lead, coach, and motivate the team.* Monitor product quality and compliance with SOPs.* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.* Manage shift schedules and task distribution.* Monitor inventory, reduce waste, and follow FIFO.* Handle customer complaints professionally.* Achieve sales and operational KPIs.* Prepare daily shift reports and communicate operational issues.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within cafés, restaurants, or hospitality.* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Ability to work under pressure.* Customer-focused mindset.* Knowledge of food safety and operational standards.* Good command of English.* Flexible to work rotating shifts.

المهام الوظيفية
* الإشراف الكامل على تشغيل الفرع أثناء الشيفت.* ضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية.* قيادة الفريق وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء.* التأكد من تطبيق جميع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOP).* متابعة جودة المنتجات ومستوى النظافة وسلامة الغذاء.* إدارة المخزون وتقليل الهدر وتطبيق نظام FIFO.* التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء باحترافية.* متابعة تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء (KPIs).* إعداد تقارير الشيفت ورفع أي ملاحظات للإدارة.
المتطلبات
* خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الإشراف داخل كافيه أو مطعم.* شخصية قيادية وقدرة على إدارة الفريق.* مهارات تواصل وحل مشكلات ممتازة.* القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.* معرفة بمعايير سلامة الغذاء والتشغيل.* إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.* الاستعداد للعمل بنظام الشيفتات.
