About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager / Senior Advisor to join our Finance team in Cairo. This is a leadership role for a seasoned finance professional who can bridge the gap between operational accounting and high-level financial strategy. You will oversee key financial operations, provide expert advisory to senior leadership, and ensure robust financial controls are in place. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team, supporting decision-making on investments, cost optimization, and growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, GAAP, and internal audit standards. Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement. Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master s degree or CPA/CMA certification preferred). Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management or advisory role. Deep knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and IFRS/GAAP standards. Proven experience with financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel skills. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Fluent in English and Arabic.
