About the role:
RYZE Sporting Club is seeking a Food Safety & Hygiene Officer to oversee and implement all food safety and hygiene protocols across our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local and international food safety standards while fostering a culture of hygiene excellence within the team. Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene policies in line with HACCP and ISO standards. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and hygiene training sessions for all F&B staff. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Supervise pest control, waste management, and cleaning schedules. Coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure best hygiene practices are maintained daily.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Public Health, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety, hygiene, or quality assurance (hospitality or sports club experience preferred). Strong understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, and local food safety regulations. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
