We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-level Environmental Management Specialist to join our dynamic team
Job Title: Mid-Level Environmental Management Specialist Eco Con Serv is seeking a qualified and motivated Environmental Consultant to join its team and contribute to a diverse portfolio of environmental and sustainability projects in Egypt and internationally.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination and Management• Lead and coordinate environmental consultancy projects from initiation to completion.• Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the required quality standards.• Coordinate with clients, project teams, technical specialists, and relevant stakeholders.• Monitor project progress, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements. Technical Report Preparation Prepare and contribute to a range of environmental studies and technical reports, including:• Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)• Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA)• Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) assessments• Environmental Management Plans (EMP)• Environmental and social management documents• Environmental studies related to renewable energy, waste management, climate change, infrastructure, industry, and other sectors Proposal Development• Review tender documents and Terms of Reference.• Develop technical methodologies and approaches in line with tender requirements.• Support the preparation of technical proposals, work plans, staffing arrangements, and project deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.• Three to five years of relevant professional experience, preferably within an environmental consultancy firm.• Strong project management and coordination skills.• Demonstrated experience in technical report writing and proposal development.• Excellent written and spoken English.• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.• Willingness and ability to travel within Egypt and internationally.
