Job Description Revision all offers from CRM (Odoo). Study the projects package then performed submittals to the Presales outdoor team. Study the specifications for any new products & make a database tothe technical team. Make costing sheets revision the price list for our products Monthly. Prepare all specifications of our products Revision our stock and make analysis for it. Place internal orders to procurement department and review receipts. Responsible of Credit notes from signify. Supervised the process of indoor fixtures assembling from SKD Shipping till getting the finished product. Maintenance for any fixture and made explanatory videos for different modes of fixture's operating according to the customer’s request from the sales team.
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in administration, sales support, or technical coordination (experience in lighting, electrical, or similar industries is an advantage). Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (preferably Odoo).
