Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our technical solutions across engineering and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market. Promote the company's products and solutions to consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, and end users. Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Follow up on tenders, project opportunities, and sales pipelines. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely proposal preparation and project execution. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.2–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project sales. Experience in one or more of the following sectors is preferred:
Water & Wastewater Infrastructure
Pumping Systems
Valves & Flow Control
MEP Contracting
Electromechanical Systems
Desalination & Water Treatment
EPC Projects
Construction & Infrastructure
Industrial Projects
Utilities & Municipal Projects
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities. Good understanding of project sales cycles, tendering processes, and technical specifications. Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
