Role Description The Community/Moderation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role is responsible for building and nurturing an engaged learner community across online and offline channels, including social platforms, learning portals, and local events. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring community interactions, moderating discussions to ensure a safe and respectful environment, responding to learner inquiries, and escalating complex issues when needed. The role also involves gathering feedback from learners, collaborating with academic and operations teams to improve the learner experience, and supporting community campaigns, events, and initiatives that strengthen the 4Level1 brand. The manager will maintain clear documentation of community guidelines and contribute to communication strategies that encourage participation and retention.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Community Management and Community Engagement skills to foster active, supportive, and inclusive learner communities. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with learners, colleagues, and stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely, empathetic support. Candidates should ideally have experience with social media platforms, online moderation tools, and community analytics. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Qesm El Maadi and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A background in education, language learning, or community-focused roles is beneficial; a relevant diploma or degree is preferred. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or experience with Middle East markets is an advantage.
