Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role is responsible for developing and executing visual concepts that support 4level1’s brand across digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations, and promotional campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining logos, illustrations, and layout designs; selecting typography; and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The Senior Graphic Designer collaborates closely with marketing and academic teams to translate program objectives into clear, engaging visuals, manages multiple design projects and timelines, and provides guidance or feedback to other designers or creative partners as needed.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics, Graphic Design, and layout composition. Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding for educational or service-oriented organizations. Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across formats. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud suite or equivalent). Proven experience in creating visual assets for digital marketing, social media, and print campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to non-design stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience in the education or training sector and familiarity with Middle Eastern markets is an advantage.
