As a senior electrical engineer you will be responsible to provide technical input support and guidance on a nuclear project, having direct interface with the customer and within Worley team.
Duties and responsibilities
Reviews and evaluates technical documentation, engineering studies, commissioning and operation and maintenance documentation related to electrical engineering discipline.
Assesses system performance, design compliance, and integration across disciplines within the electrical engineering discipline.
Contributes to and evaluates testing, commissioning, and operation and maintenance documentation for electrical systems.
Supports construction activities to ensure electrical systems are compliant with design specifications, codes, and quality standards.
Ensures all electrical-related technical changes follow established requirements, processes, and procedures.
Prepares and reviews correspondence, statements, and technical reports related to electrical systems.
Develops training materials and delivers training sessions specific to electrical systems design, operation, and engineering principles.
Provides technical input and coordination support to project participants.
Participates in safety and hazard assessments for electrical processes and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (master’s degree beneficial) in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Strong technical skills.
8+ years of experience in electrical engineering on large scale projects.
Experience in commissioning nuclear power plants is required.
Knowledge of European and Russian nuclear electrical codes is a plus.
Knowledge in the following electrical engineering areas:
- Power generation plants, electrical substations.
- Electrical systems automation and relay protections.
- Electrical power supply and electrical equipment.
- Installation and testing of electrical equipment.
- Commissioning of electrical equipment of NPP.
Special job requirements
Ability to communicate, influence and persuade.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus.
Prudent use of confidential information.
Organized and disciplined, capability to plan and schedule tasks and events.
Ability to work and interact with multidiscipline teams.

يستعرض ويقيّم الوثائق الفنية والدراسات الهندسية وتوثيق التكليف والتشغيل والصيانة المرتبط بمجال الهندسة الكهربائية.
يقيّم أداء النظام، والالتزام بالتصميم، والتكامل عبر التخصصات داخل مجال الهندسة الكهربائية.
يسهم في ويقيّم الاختبار والتكليف والتوثيق المرتبط بتشغيل وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية.
يدعم أنشطة البناء لضمان امتثال الأنظمة الكهربائية لمواصفات التصميم والرموز ومعايير الجودة.
يضمن اتباع جميع التغييرات الفنية المرتبطة بالكهرباء المتطلبات والعمليات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
يجهّز ويُراجع المراسلات والبيانات والتقارير الفنية المتعلقة بالأنظمة الكهربائية.
يطوّر مواد تدريبية ويقدّم جلسات تدريبية خاصة بتصميم وتشغيل ومبادئ الهندسة الكهربائية.
يقدّم مدخلات فنية ودعم تنسيقي للمشاركين في المشروع.
يشارك في تقييمات السلامة والمخاطر لعمليات وأنظمة الكهرباء.
المؤهلات
درجة البكالوريوس مطلوبة (الماجستير ميّز)، في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
مهارات تقنية قوية.
خبرة 8+ سنوات في الهندسة الكهربائية في مشاريع كبيرة الحجم.
الخبرة في تشغيل محطات الطاقة النووية مطلوبة.
معرفة قوانين الكهرباء النووية الأوروبية والروسية ميزة إضافية.
معرفة في المجالات الهندسية الكهربائية التالية:
- محطات توليد الطاقة، ومحطات الكهرباء.
- أتمتة الأنظمة الكهربائية وحماية القواطع.
- إمدادات الطاقة الكهربائية والمعدات الكهربائية.
- تركيب واختبار المعدات الكهربائية.
- تكليف معدات الكهرباء في محطة الطاقة النووية.
متطلبات وظيفية خاصة
القدرة على التواصل والتأثير والإقناع.
مهارات كتابة وتواصل شفهي باللغة الإنجليزية ضرورية، وفهم الروسية ميزة إضافية.
