Role purpose

Analyse business requirements of Vodafone products and services for both pre-paid and post-paid subscribers.
Design and implement products and services in charging domain.
Apply coding practices such as unit testing, test driven design, writing test scripts for automation with tools such as Selenium, UiPath and JMeter, etc.
Own code end-to-end from design to development on charging platforms.
Embrace automation and DevOps techniques and use of version control.
Ensure all products and services have the highest quality and best customer experience.
Third-line support for handling live customer complaints in case it requires fix or enhancement.
Communication with technical, business, finance and customer care stakeholders to agree on requirements and proposed design.
Work collaboratively in Agile team to deliver business requirements.
Plan charging system upgrades, expansions and integrations with different network and IT platforms.

• Must have technical and professional qualifications:

• B.Sc. of Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Background in computer science basics (data structures, algorithms, etc.).
• Knowledge of development tools and relevant programming front and back end languages such as NodeJs and Javascript.
• Database knowledge including SQL and NoSQL databases.
