Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, media agencies, and key stakeholders. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI across all campaigns. Set KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. Drive innovative marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and generate business growth. Qualifications Agency background is a must. Extensive experience in marketing leadership roles. Proven experience managing the full marketing cycle, including branding, digital marketing, media planning, campaign management, market research, and performance marketing. Strong business acumen with deep expertise across all marketing functions. Excellent market exposure with a very strong network and business connections. Highly presentable with outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices. Ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business growth. Ready to immediately hired or within 2 weeks maximum.
