Deliver practical, hands-on engineering training based on real projects
· Monitor learner progress and provide structured feedback.
· Collaborate with the Delveng team to continuously improve course quality.
· Integrate modern engineering tools and AI technologies where applicable.

· Training is delivered through screen recording with voice narration.
· Instructor on-camera appearance is not required.
· Content should focus on practical engineering implementation rather than classroom-style lectures.
· All training should reflect real engineering practice and professional workflows.
*Requirements*
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
· Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the selected specialization.
· Strong professional experience in either Design or Site Supervision.
· Proficiency in the engineering software relevant to your discipline (such as Auto CAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, HAP, DIALux, Navisworks, Primavera, or similar).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
· Passion for sharing practical engineering knowledge.
· Academics with practical engineering experience
*Compensation*
· Founding Instructors (First Batch) will receive 70% of the revenue generated from the sales of their own training programs.
· Instructor earnings are paid in USD (US Dollars) according to the platform payout policy.
