Job purpose:
To oversee and optimize sales operations by managing CRM data, sales contracts, pricing administration, broker operations, customer lead management, and sales support activities. This ensures operational excellence, process efficiency, data integrity, and a seamless customer journey while enabling the achievement of the Company's commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update leads and client data in the CRM system, ensuring timely status updates from reservation to contract closure. Follow up on open leads and uphold data integrity. Customize financial payment models that support sales deals, ensuring profitability through NPV evaluation and Present Value evaluation. Update unit pricing and payment terms as needed, ensuring accuracy and alignment with commercial policies and market conditions. Issue contracts in line with approved templates and standards, manage the end-to-end contract process including handling the contracting process with brokers. Process and coordinate after-sales customer care requests, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Manage broker allocations and oversee the lead rotation process to ensure fair distribution and maximize conversion opportunities. Coordinate communication with overseas clients regarding contract delivery and follow-up via couriers. Support the sales team in daily operations, including tracking sales activities, preparing reports, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth transaction flow from reservation to deal closure. Principal accountabilities: Responsible for sales transactions from reservation stage through to contract closing. Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely contract status updates; manage courier follow-up for overseas clients. Oversee the contract signature process, including first and second party signatures. Ensure signed contracts are delivered to clients. Manage the brokers contracting process. Reconcile client data base counts and status on a timely basis. Support the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to advance the business objective. Design sales incentives to drive business objectives. Prepare required reports (sales targets, unit status, etc.). Qualifications & Experience (Competencies Required): BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations. Strong business acumen and industry expertise. English proficiency is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills. Soft skills: collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, and customer focus.
