Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities Lead and direct the project and organize the site activities in various sections through the section head engineers to ensure deliverable on time and within the budget. Manage and support the material handling and storage in site. Ensure all the proper means of control are implemented regarding site employees’ attendance and overtime, procurement, stores, accommodation and equipment utilization. Ensure Strong Control for Direct staff allocation and get the required targets Control SC consumed material that delivered by Company Communicate with Supported divisions to provide the site requirements (Concrete batch plant, Steel workshops, ……) Coordination timely bases with all other ongoing activities and/or trades. Review and add necessary comments and clarifications on the project’s file (Including the contract drawings, specifications, cost, Manpower planning, schedule….). Make sure the work under his responsibilities is determined and executed effectively and efficiently in accordance with the tender study. Qualify and manage subcontractors required to be employed in the project. Establish and mobilize the original layout for the Site’s offices, stores, workshops and mobile equipment roads and fixed equipment locations. (For example; tower cranes.) Delegate responsibilities to his subordinates and administer their commitment accordingly. Plan and manage the required resources as direct manpower, construction equipment to implement the project as per time schedule and budget wise. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor degree of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)10+ years of experinece in the construction field Preferable PRMG, PMP or MBA
